Dispatch & Processing
If your items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received. We ship orders from Saturday to Thursday, except on Qatar public holidays.
Please note that during peak season, such as the weeks leading up to Ramadan, Christmas or new product launches, we may experience higher order volumes, which could lead to dispatch or shipping delays.
Returns & Exchange
We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully, as we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on online orders. At Koko & Bloo, we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event that a product is damaged or faulty, please email us at mytherapyboxx@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we’ll be happy to assist you promptly.
